The most efficient way to request IT assistance with ERP issues or questions is to submit an IT Ticket, using one of the methods listed below.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Click the 'Submit a request' link on this site --> http://usit.1smc.com
Please include answers to the following questions in your request.
1. What System (Syteline, Provia, ShopTrak, ect)?
2. What Department (CW, Factory, ISS, Accounting, etc)?
3. Current Process (picking, shipping, invoicing, order entry, etc)?
- Please include the Syteline Form name, Provia Page name or the Handheld Menu name and number you encountered the issue on.
4. What was expected to happen?
5. What actually happened?
You can copy/paste these questions into your email or ticket, include as many details as possible. You can also download & attach the Word document below.
** When possible, provide screenshots of error messages & screens to help IT understand the issue.
