SMC is sometimes required to provide employees with different benefit related documents. Our HR team wants to provide everyone the option to receive this information electronically, but you have to Opt In.
This process should be completed during Open Enrollment, it is done by completing the online Opt In form.
Log into Okta and look for the Opt In chiclet, click to launch the website.
The first screen will ask for your employee number.
You will then be asked to confirm your identity.
The next screen will describe the types of documents that may be sent throughout the year.
At the bottom of the form you will confirm your chosen delivery method & email address.
