SMC has 4 different Zendesk portals.
Currently, user credentials are managed separately. Okta can be used to manage your credentials after your account has been created.

- Navigate to the selected website
- Click the 'Sign in' button
- Your will see the Sign In form. The IT Support form is shown below (all four portals exhibit the same behavior).
- Click the Sign Up link
Enter you name and email address
Check the 'I'm Not a Robot' box
You should see a registration email shortly.
Complete the registration.
