Alternative Connection to Japan AS/400

If North America AS/400 system cannot be reached, users needing Japan AS/400 can connect there via the following steps.  An account on Japan’s system is still required.

1.  Click “Cancel” on the credentials box.

2.  At the top of the screen, in the “Host” box, erase SMCHQ.

     In the Host box type 192.168.168.130 and then click “Connect”.

 

 

3.  Sign into the credentials box using Japan User ID and Japan Password.

4.  Sign into the credentials box using Japan User ID and Japan Password.
