The SMC IT Department has a folder for every user for you to use, which enables you to access your files from any computer or VDI that you are signed in to. To access it, open up File Explorer and click This PC on the left side of the Window:

 

 

Now, scroll to the bottom of the window, where you will see your username listed among the other network drives that you may have mapped to your PC. Double-click on your username to access your P:\ drive. Any files saved here will be accessible from any PC or VDI that you are logged in to. These files are backed up by the IT Department on a regular basis to ensure continuity.
