How do I submit an IT Ticket?


Here are the different ways to submit an IT Ticket to the SMC IT Systems Support Desk:

  • In the upper-right corner of this IT Support Center website, click the "Submit a Ticket" link
  • Send email to, describing your issue (this email will auto-create an IT Ticket for you)
  • Call the support desk at extension 2000 or call 317-688-0050.
