At SMC we log into IBM Connections Cloud using Okta. Due to a secure connection between SMC, Okta and IBM they know who we are and let us log in without entering a password.
This special system doesn't work from mobile devices (yet) and therefore you need to know the IBM Connections Cloud password that was used when the account was activated by the you.
If you don't recall that password, we can reset it, but you will need to change it first before you can use it in the mobile Connections app. Below how to change your password:
Select your profile - Account Settings
Enter your current password (possibly provided by SMC IT if you need to reset it) and your new password twice - then select Save Changes
