Point your browser at https://1smc.okta.com; you will see the prompt below.

This login prompt requires your Network (VDI) username and password.

From here you see your Okta workspace with application chicklets (icons). Each of these chiclets launches a website.  You can also use the search box at the top of the screen to locate the application. Find the chiclet labeled SMC Job Descriptions and click on it.

 This will launch a web page that contains the job descriptions.  You can scroll through this list or use the search box (circled in red).

Click on the file name to open for viewing.
