You may occasionally come across this error message when you are navigating the Shikomi databases through Toolbox:
This occurs when Java fails to bring up the security prompts for you to accept. To fix this, simply use your Windows search bar in the bottom-left corner of your screen and search "Configure Java" as shown below:
Next, open the Security tab, and click "Restore Security Prompts." In the pop-up window, click "Restore All."
This will cause Java to prompt you again when accessing these intranet sites. The next time you go to the Shikomi site, accept the Java warning as usual and access the Shikomis.
